Styling and customising your report
To customise the report you must be logged into the WhisperClaims system as a user with Administrator (“admin”) access.
Once you have logged into your account:
Click the button (top-right of the WhisperClaims window) and then click the button
Click the button
This displays a series of options you can use to change the look of your report.
You have four options that you can use to customise the report:
- Adding a logo
- Changing the accent colour
- Adding a footer
- Changing the section order
To include your logo on the front page of the report:
- Navigate to the page
- Select the option
- Click the button at the bottom of the screen.
- Your corporate logo will now be displayed on the front page of every report downloaded from the app.
The logo used will be the logo that WhisperClaims have on file for you. If you want to change your logo, please contact the support team using the live chat or contact us options. To change the accent colour to your corporate colour:
- Navigate to the page
- Select the option
Either:
- Enter the hex code for your preferred colour into the text box
- Click on the coloured box and enter your hex code or RGB details into the appropriate box
- Use the colour selector to select a colour
- Click the button at the bottom of the screen.
- This colour will now be used as the accent colour throughout the report.
To add a footer to all report pages:
- Navigate to the page
- Select the option
- If you're happy to use the default footer, click the button at the bottom of the screen.
- If you want to use a custom footer, enter your wording into the text box
- Click the button at the bottom of the screen.
- Your footer will now be displayed on all pages of the report.
The default footer reads 'This document is the property of [Licence Name]. It is confidential and intended exclusively for the use of the personnel authorised by [Licence Name] solely for the purpose for which it is intended. Unless [Licence Name] provides express written consent, no part of this report should be reproduced, distributed or communicated to any third party. Any review, transmission, dissemination, other use of, or taking of any action in reliance upon this information by persons other than the intended users is prohibited. [Licence Name] does not accept any liability if this report is used for any alternative purpose other than for which it is intended, nor to any third party in any respect.
To change the section order:
- Navigate to the page
- Navigate to the section
- Drop and drop the listed sections into your preferred order
- Click the button at the bottom of the screen.
- All report will now have your preferred section order.
The appendices section cannot be moved, and will always be the last section of the report.
