Paying for a claim

Paying for a claim

Once the WhisperClaims system has gathered all the information it needs, it shows you the client’s approximate expenditure. This allows you to gauge the value of the opportunity – if the opportunity is too small, there is no obligation to proceed. If you do decide to proceed, you simply pay a low, capped fee for instant access to the report (unless you have already purchased one or more pre-paid claims). Should you want to add value by tailoring the report further, you can choose an editable (Microsoft™ Word) version and add your own text and images.

Warning
If you choose to download the editable version of the report and make changes, the risk assessment will not update and may be invalid.

To access the report, you are taken through the paywall (if you have not already purchased one or more pre-paid claims) to pay for the report. By default, you pay using the payment method you set up when you first set up the account, that is, either by credit card or direct debit. If you used a credit card initially, you can click the  link to add additional cards.

Once you have made the payment then you can download the report in your preferred format (fixed PDF or editable Microsoft Word). It could not be easier, or indeed faster – from clicking the  button to reading the report in a matter of seconds!
