Reviewing a claim

Reviewing a claim

When the Review button appears, next to the Back button, you and your client have finished entering all the information for the claim. Clicking the Review button displays a summary of the claim, from which you can double-check that the figures are accurate. This also gives you an idea of the approximate spend so you can decide whether it is worth pursuing the claim.

From the summary page you can:

  • Click the  button to edit a specific section of the claim

  • Click the button to take you back to the start of the Question set

  • Click the button to print a version of the claim that you can review

Note that sometimes, changing your response to a question might require the WhisperClaims system to prompt for additional information.

When you are happy with the report, click the  button to finalise, pay for, and download the report, which contains a technical narrative describing the work and a detailed breakdown of the eligible costs and the total eligible expenditure for each scheme.
