Using the AI review feature

The WhisperClaims app gives you the ability to use an AI tool to review your project descriptions. This can help you check whether your project descriptions are written in the correct style and contain enough information for HMRC to be able to assess and understand the eligibility of each project. 

To use the AI review feature, you must be logged into the WhisperClaims system using either:

  • The user to which the client is allocated, or

  • An account that has access to view All clients & claims

If you need to work on a claim for a client who is not currently allocated to you, you must ask an administrator to either reallocate the client to you or to give your user account All clients & claims access.

To review a project:

  1. Locate the claim you want to work on, either through the  link or the client view

  2. Click the  button

  3. Navigate to the Project Descriptions section.

  4. Select the tab for the project you wish to review.

  5. Click the  button.

  6. Click the  button to start the review.
  7. Once the review is complete, click the  button to go back to the project description.
Warning
Do not navigate away from or refresh the page while the AI review is running, as this will cause the review to fail.

Your review output is displayed next to the project descriptions. To navigate the review feedback:

  1. Click the purple bar to show or hide the outputs
  2. Click on each section to expand or contract it
  3. The colour coding of each section of the output indicates the severity of the feedback:
    1. Red denotes sections that the AI has judged as needing extensive revisions
    2. Amber denotes sections where changes are advised but judged as optional by the AI
    3. Green denotes sections where the AI has found no issues
