Uploading a file in the claim overview
To upload a file to the claim overview, you must be logged into the WhisperClaims system using either:
The user to which the client is allocated, or
An account that has access to view All clients & claims
Up to twenty files can be uploaded per claim. The following file types are supported: .docx, .pdf, .csv, .jpeg, .png, .xls, .xlsx, .txtTo upload a file:
Prepare files of accepted types for upload.
Locate the claim to which you want to upload the file, either through the
link or the client view
In the
section, click 
This displays the Upload Files form
Add files either by dragging and dropping them into the box, or through browsing file folders.
If files are added mistakenly, they can be removed by selecting 
Once the list of files to be uploaded is correct, click 
The files will be scanned for viruses before being uploaded to the WhisperClaims app.
The files are now displayed in the
section
Uploaded files can be downloaded by selecting the

button, and deleted by selecting the

button.
