Managing two-factor authentication (2FA)

To manage your 2FA settings you must be logged into the WhisperClaims system as a user.

Once you have logged into your account:

  1. Click the  button (top-right of the WhisperClaims window) and then click the  button

  2. Click the  button

This displays your 2FA options. Your 2FA method is set to email as the default.

  3. To set up SMS messaging 2FA, click the   button

Enter your mobile phone number when prompted, and then verify the phone using the received code.

  4. To set up email verification, click the   button

Enter your email address when prompted, and then verify the email using the received code.

  5. To disable a 2FA method, click the  button next to either the email or SME option.

You cannot completely disable 2FA on your account - you must have one or other method active at all times.
