Managing renewals

Managing renewals

Access the workflow dashboard and view renewals, you must be logged into the WhisperClaims system using either:

  • The user to which the clients are allocated, or

  • An account that has access to view All clients & claims

If you need to view claims for clients that are not currently allocated to you, you must ask an administrator to either reallocate the clients to you or to give your user account All clients & claims access.

Once you have logged into your account, click the  link (top row of the WhisperClaims window). Select the  tab.

The renewals table lists clients for whom you have completed and paid for a claim, but have not yet started the next claim.

This table indicates which clients have available claims, and enables you to create the next claim directly, by clicking the  button.
