Managing claim workflow and deadlines

Access the workflow dashboard and view claim deadlines, you must be logged into the WhisperClaims system using either:

  • The user to which the clients are allocated, or

  • An account that has access to view All clients & claims

If you need to view claims for clients that are not currently allocated to you, you must ask an administrator to either reallocate the clients to you or to give your user account All clients & claims access.

Once you have logged into your account, click the  link (top row of the WhisperClaims window).

The workflow and claims deadlines are displayed at the top of the page, above the claims table.

Both tax payment and hard deadlines for the next twelve months are shown in the calendar view. Tax payment deadlines are indicated by red circles, and hard deadlines by red discs. The numbers indicate how many in-progress claims you have with deadlines in the respective months.

To filter the claims list by monthly deadlines:

  1. Click on the calendar below the month in question.

  2. The selected calendar is highlighted in blue, and the claims list displayed only claim with a deadline in that month.

  3. To remove the filter, click again on the highlighted month.
