If you know that you have an existing claim for a client that you can use as the basis for a new claim, you can duplicate the existing claim and change details as required in the new claim.
To duplicate a claim, you must be logged into the WhisperClaims system using either:
The user to which the client is allocated, or
An account that has access to view All clients & claims
If you need to duplicate a claim for a client who is not currently allocated to you, you must ask an administrator to either reallocate the client to you or to give your user account All clients & claims access.

To duplicate a claim:
Locate the claim you want to duplicate, either through thelink or the client view
Click the button (right-hand side of row)
Click the button in the
section
Check that the conditions described in the pop-up align with your needs and then click the button
Once the claim has been duplicated you see the message and are taken directly to the question set
You can now specify the Start date for the claim and go through the claim form the change the existing answers as appropriate. See Working through a claim for more about completing the claim form
