Adding a new client

To add a new client, you must be logged into the WhisperClaims system

  1. Click the  link (top row of the WhisperClaims window)

You are shown a list of all clients whose accounts you can access

  2. Click the  button

This displays the Add Client form

  3. Start typing the name of the client in the Company name field
The WhisperClaims system starts searching through data obtained from Companies House and lists possible matches

  4. Select the required client from the Company name field
The Company number field is automatically populated using the data from Companies House

  5. (Optional) Add up to 200 words of text giving some background about the company i.e. sector, commercial focus, size.
  6. Click the  button

Once the client has been added you see the  message.

The client is automatically assigned to your account, although both you and an administrator can reallocate the client to another user if necessary.
